Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data that Ramiant Solutions holds about you. This includes data collected through your use of our messaging platform and any data received through our Meta API integrations (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct).

This page also serves as the Data Deletion Callback URL required by Meta for our Facebook Login and Instagram API integrations. When a user removes our app from their Facebook account, Meta will notify us at this endpoint and we will process the deletion automatically.

What Gets Deleted

Account Information

Name, email address, and all account profile data.

Access Tokens

All stored Facebook and Instagram API access tokens.

Message History

All inbox messages, conversation logs, and auto-reply records.

Configuration Data

All automation rules, webhook settings, and platform configurations.

Deletion Process

Submit Your Request

Complete the form below or send an email to admin@ramiant.com with your registered email address and the reason for deletion.

Identity Verification

We will send a confirmation email to the address provided to verify your identity before processing.

Within 24 hours

Data Deletion

All associated data is permanently deleted from our live systems, databases, and backups.

Within 30 days of verification

Confirmation

You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete, including a reference ID for your records.
